Congratulations to Inder Singh, MD, and the staff at TLC Vascular. They are the 1st Vascular practice in the Greater Sacramento area to place Abbott’s revolutionary Esprit BTK Everolimus Eluting Resorbable Scaffold System.

Patient presented with BTK chronic limb-threatening ischemia (non-healing wound) and single vessel run-off. The Esprit scaffold was placed into the tibial-peroneal trunk, restoring excellent in-line flow to the TPT/peroneal/PT territories and improved collateralization of the AT territory. This will likely deliver great limb-salvage outcomes for the patient & prevent limb-loss.
